# Criar Ticket

Basta acessar o painel clicando [AQUI](https://synapstore.com/dashboard/tickets)

No canto superior direito clique em "Abrir ticket"

No "Assunto" coloque o assunto resumido do ticket

Na "Mensagem" descreva toda à sua duvida, anexando o máximo de informações possíveis (imagens, links)

Na Relevância coloque realmente a sua necessidade

Para finalizar clique em "Abrir ticket

Para acessar as informações e respostas do seu ticket basta clicar no botão "ver ticket" indicado abaixo

Aqui você terá todas as informações sobre seu ticket, podendo ver as respostas e anexar mais mensagens
